Brie rind

After one eyed Jim's comment I'm probably gonna bring the tone down a bit!! But I love roast chicken with bacon & brie, I don't care if it's in sarnies, baguettes, jacket potatoes or all on it's own ... it's the best!!

P.s. I also like Cheddar & marmalade sarnies so I'm just wierd anyway!! Lol!! :P
 
love brie, eat the rind!

get a ciabatta and toast it, whack some brie on it sliced then stick under the grill till slightly melted, add cranberry sauce and then bacon. heaven!

I eat the rind on room temperature brie and I cover it in fresh ground black pepper :wink: Lovely :oops: I'm starving :oops: :oops:
