Breezer lightning frame info? Country of origin?

I have a '92 Lightning XTR and that is a Hodaka frame, the serial number prefix of H denotes this. The later Lightnings will have the shrouded Breeze-in dropouts. Excellent frames - very soft and stable ride in my opinion.
