Where are you based? how much to post?

what brand/model are the rims? are they true and ding free?

what length are cranks?

any problems with teh parts

I'm in Hampshire, think wheels would be about £7 to post but could fit chainset in the same box to save a bit if need be.

No idea what make the rims are - I think they might be Alesa. Wheels are pretty true, no dings that I can recall, though there is some wear to the sidewalls from braking as mentioned. Cranks are 175mm.
