Brake ID

Hi.
Can you please ID these brakes for me. Unsure as to where or when I even got them. May have been off of the Klein Rascal I got a few years ago to rebuild for my wife.

Hi Pete. If you mean the bullet shaped end caps that the return spring sits in, I have those. Forgot to post those in the pic. Thanx again.
