Take it apart and it’ll be under 5mm. Edit: I’m probably talking nonsense @bikeworkshop it’s gonna be over 5mm either way.

Also, I think I might have a single one to make up a pair for you @fiveSixteenths. Let me have a look.

The cable is 5mm
The flange bit is a little over 6, but the cable recess is around 10mm

Still looking for one? It has the double flats on the threads rather than just on one side. It’s not in great condition but works. Yours for nowt.

I hope the OP doesn't mind me jumping on this thread, but I also need an adjuster – specifically for a Weinmann 405 brake, but it takes an adjuster with flats on both sides like Campy, so @Walterscot yours would work if it's not been claimed? Or of course an actual Weinmann one on the off chance anyone has one.
