Bottle cage clips - where to buy?

I could have sworn that these were being made and you could just buy them from all the retro friendly online bike outlets, but am I wrong? I just googled and found absolutely nothing.

Just thought I'd check before I put a wanted thread up - need some for my new frame.

The clips that come on their own don't have the rubbers to protect the frame but the ones that come with the cage do- or at least they did on mine.
