Erm about the pace....not really in keeping with the retro theme...possibly a little too young. (disc's n all)

Don't mind if its excluded from this thread.

Had me worried all night after it dawned on me.

Couldn't delete the post this morning but if a moderator could knock it off it would put my mind at ease.

More Pace's to come on this thread from me in a few months time. ;)

Done as requested

Without going into 'what is retro?' debate I thought the pace had every right to be there. Retro to me anyroads  :)

A agree with Kaiser. Surely that was retro enough?

How old was that Pace? Surely it was pre-1998 era?

For some reason it didnt scream "Modern" to me regardless of the disks.

Surely that was a worthwhile submission?

We've had far younger entries in the past and while they may not have won they often held their own against the older more retro bikes (even though they may have caused derision from MTBR). I know the Pace fans will probably correct me, but agewise, it was about 1998 wasn't it? But it has HED wheels, square tubes, far too much annodising, gold nitride evos - how much more retro do you want!

As far as discs go, this beauty won it's month and it's half disc:
