Well done to the winner, but it just goes to show, even in an underdog special, sometimes even the underdog will never win.

Re:

Agree with VJM ^^^

But it would have been a piss take if the Activator won in a "Rage Against the Machine" style protest vote.

If you take away the top two, which are far superior entries the field was pretty closely matched, for me the Funk stars and Bars is best of the rest

Thanks to all who voted for the old Splatter Paint Kona.... she's gonna get an outing at MM15

But logic dictates that an underdog won't win. This, of course, means that by winning the Fat Chance is not an underdog and hence should be disqualified for not meeting entry criteria for this BOTM.

That said, classy winner.

FatMikeyNYC was the underdog.

The bike, not so much.

Obviously he has been holding out.

Lets hope he posts more about his little Fat gems here on RBUK.

That would be me then. Don't go to sleep at MM, you may find someone has swapped tyres on that bike otherwise!
Can't believe I've been outvoted by an activator!
That must make me more of an underdog then theoretically.
In which case, Fluffy Chicken is the winner, no?

Re:

159 votes, that must be near the bottom in total participation. Lessons learner for future themes I hope.

Re:

As an underdog special shouldn't the one with the least votes win?

Congratulations to the winner, although I'll stick with the my vote for the Parkpre.

For me it's misterlee's 96 Marin Bear Valley. Nothing really exciting this month :'(

First post ^^^^^^

Welcome to the world of old mountain bikes.

I highly recommend you research Joe Breeze and Chris Chance and the influence they had on our passion here.

Or were you just voting with your sock puppet account and forgot to change over? ;)

Um. I sincerely hope you're not saying that this is me voting and posting under a different username.

Congrats to the winner by the way
