Very, very, very good condition.
It says '10 speed only' on the back of the rings but I've been using it on a 9 speed system for the past year it has been perfectly fine.

How many miles have you done on the rings??

Do I just need an external bearing bottom bracket to run this, or does it come with one?

Any idea on weight??

I've done approximately 300-350 miles in total i reckon.

Yeah they'll need an external BB and i'm not sure of the exact weight but i'll do a net search for information as i don't have scales. Very light and stiff though.

Yeeeeeeaaaaaaahhhh it'll fit fine (if you have a hollowtech type BB).

It looks just like my truvativ carbon cranks, which use a gxp external bb I believe these are slightly different to shimano.
