Bontrager-Privateer....£100 bin

on second thoughts with the time to drink a decent coffee and think about the importance of things at the mo, I just cant justify buying yet another frame thats too large for me :P

Forks do look a little saggy, but at £100 as it was there was a lot of value in the rest of it.

/me ponders buying and selling bikes as a career move.

/me realises he is great at buying them, but not so great at selling them on again.

/me stops pondering.

Too far/too big for me and I don't want it either

Obviously had a bit of interest and upped the price, bad thing greed and agree he will be lucky to get a ton collection only

The Judys are completely shot, that's the most sagged pair I've ever seen for sale. If the cranks, mechs, bb and shifters were all in good order, £130 could begin to look like a very decent price to someone in the West Country. But then as he says "All in pretty good nick with no obvious problems", it makes you wonder what the rest is like when the forks are so clearly an 'obvious problem'.

posted seller and asked about those forks - his response:

"When the pics were taken I had the elastomers out to grease them up. Everything looks to be ok, although I am sure an oil change wouldnt go amiss. No obvious wear to the legs or anything like that."

Ahhh! Then maybe they're as good a pair of Judy SLs as you'll find! And worth £50 or so.

He's just got back to me and is willing to post for around £15... but as you have spotted, BIN is now £130
