I will try to post pics this weekend. I measured it from center of axle to top tube and its 55 CM to the top of the extension of the Seat tube it is 58.5 CM. I'm 6 foot and the bike is perfect.

I believe it was hand brazed, without any additional work to smooth it out. Though I'm no expert on what goes into the FB process, so perhaps someone more well versed will care to chime in on this topic.
