Bomber z4 Alloys fitted. Unrotunately I am in no state to ride on a lovely day like today ( having unsuccessfully negotiated a drop off the other day. Bits of me keep dropping off. Or out.)
Can't wait to try them out. Heavier by some margin than the Manitous, they seem suppler from the desultory bounce I have had on them so far. I have a club ride booked for Wed, I eally hope I am up to it by then: few things get me keener to get out than trying out a new bit of kit that seems promising. Except a lovely day like this. Oh, good.
BTW - I can't find much about this fork, it looks to be a 99 model and SEEMS to be a coil spring in an oil bath: can anyone confirm that? I can't find anywhere to stick a pump.
