summon a constable?

Ha ha .. good luck with that assumption. A JCB was used to remove a cash machine from a post office in Malvern the other morning at 3am .. the fact they, in the end took out the complete frontage of the shop and several people phoned informing the rozzers it was taking place NOW .. it still took 50, yes fifty minutes for them to eventually turn up only to find the drivers of FOUR involved vehicles .. had vanished. Strange that.

Still, they clocked me doing 34 in a 30mph zone at 6:30am last Friday morning .. so thumbs up to plod from me.

We reported a gang breaking into a pub back at uni in 92, and the police took twenty minutes to get there from a station five hundred yards away! I had a bike stolen from outside a chippy in 97 and the police took an hour to attend.

We have been repeatedly advised pursuing complaints against known criminals may not be in our best interest.

They are becoming a civil law minded bunch, letting criminality run rife.

I caught that in my fb feed. Was pretty shocked that noone saw fit to challenge the cock. I'd like to think i would have done that, if not go the step further and cut the thieving cunts finger(s) off with his bolt cutter.

^^^^ you challenge them and get a bolt cutter through your skull? Hmmmm maybe not so good an idea.

Or it ends in fisticuffs and police arrest you for assault? Hmm so good an idea either.

I'm not know for my good ideas. In all seriousness though while i accept your point and it is easy to play keyboard warrior I'd like to think I'd have done something to stop that from happening.
