Hi guys
Got an irritating problem. My back wheel under heavy torque keeps slipping out of the droputs. I have checked axle length and all that stuff and am using Ultegra QRs so should be ok. I think the problem lies in the horizontal droputs which are chromed and don't offer and form of resisitance. Anyone have this problem?
I have read a bit on the web and there seems to be a few answers.
Star washers between axle and frame, or tugnuts (whatever they are?)
Another idea was to sandpaper the dropouts a bit to roughen them up.
Anyone tried any of these? Or could recommend me some ultra strong QRs!
