bits for a road bike wanted!

Will post this in the road forum but usually (well always) get more nice responses in here!

I'm building up a frameset for my girlfriend's auntie as training bike / tourer to tackle the hills of North Yorkshire and I'm going for a classic look with modern parts (based around 27 speed Shimano drivetrain and flat bars).

I need the following modern-ish (ie 9 speed) stuff in minimum excellent condition, pref minty and as light as possible, ideally all silver components, but feel free to offer what you have! Compared with MTB I'm not that up to speed with road bikes, so feel free to offer any tips, particularly with cog / chainring sizes and compatibility

riser alloy handlebars (silver) standard clamp

alloy ahead stem, bit of rise, 1 1/8" / standard clamp (silver) around 40-80mm reach

silver top cap, 1 1/8"[/b]

Think I have everything else I need, although it's possible that pedals may be needed too.

Set of 700c wheels - silver rims, black Coda sealed bearing hubs any good (tyres not included)? Those tyres are 35mm for reference. £60 posted.

by velo,has comfort as its main feature,shocklite-geltech.
i think rear is reflective too!

standard width - shouldn't be a problem for normal road tyres.

thanks anyway but I've checked with the lady who I'm building the bike up for and she wants all silver wheels, much obliged fella!
