Biondi with twisted fluting

Cyclelogical

Retro Newbie
I have just a acquired a Biondi bike in well used but straight condition.Im planning on tidying up the paint, putting new decals on and a Campy groupset. The oddity of thsi bike is the twisted fluting, which I’ve never seen on another bike.Ive got a De Bernadi with straight fluting on it,i think it was something they did in the 80s,and usually with Columbus. Also some higher end Columbus tubing ( SLX et al) had internal ribs.Anyone have further info on this or know anything about Biondis? From what I can gather he was a builder for Ciocc, before going out on his own
