biking in Sicily?

anyone rented/biked in Sicily? going there in a few days so would appreciate info.

Try the pistachio ice cream in toasted brioche bun from street vendors. Never cycled there but visited Palermo a few times.

Went there what must be 10 years ago now. Every private hotel / bed and breakfast we stayed offered a bike to ride; obviously not high end but good enough to scratch the itch and get out for a while. If you rent a bike long-term you may be limited to do that in Palermo or Catania, it get's very rural when you head inland.

Lastly, don't sit next to windows at resturants, back against the wall.
