Bikes like marmite?

Whilsi some of the more out there designs are good some or not, some or just missplaced, Softride and now titan flex http://www.ttinet.com/tf/index.htm are great bikes on the road, Slingshot likewise. But get targated at MTBers first as they are a little more open to the new thing, and probabuly already looking for the new new thing. Its the UCI that has hindered bike design over the years.

I offered another cycalist ride of my slingshot road bike recently whilst having a conversation about it and the reply was 'I may be daft at times but I'm not stupid'.

Dare I mention the trimble road bike ! ! !

Alpine Stars. Alu Mega I think the wost culprit was called: big white tubes like council railings and a german flag colour scheme.

Klein's definitely have the marmite touch, but thinking about them in this way has given me an idea for a Klein build that might dispel any lasting prejudice:

Marmite and Marge Fade colour scheme: think lightweight retro toast.

Don't know how to best acheive the vision, but mixing black blue and brown hammerite over some magnolia might do it ......

Canondale headshock... just in case this sport hasn't crushed enough testicles already, Canondale decided to raise the top tube. Besides, rebuilding them is a nightmare.

Have to agree with this one. I've only ever suffered one bollock-to-top tube interface in all my years of riding and that was on a mates 'dale. Suffice to say the pain brought me to my knees with tears rollin' down my face – I was walking funny for weeks…

… I've read quite a few irrational dislikes on here, felt I should share this one as it seems a fair and just reason for blind, furious hatred.

It's not dales in general mind you, just the ones with the extra pipe they had to add to jack the front end 18" higher than normal, so I'm not being brandist or nuffing

Cannondale Headshock.....I'll take one of those over a lefty any day!

I like the idea of a 'Marmite to Toast' fade Klein......do it Fella

I might get flamed as there's currently some up for grabs but the Kirk Revolution frames.....I think they're foul, no aesthetics at all for me. But then here I sit thinking that the Spooky Project X (2nd Gen) and Brooklyn SR6 and Racelink are masterpieces!
