There's a sidewalk near here that goes under like that in the rainy season (which is about 9 months long). I would ride through like that. After about a week a layer of algae had formed on the concrete. No tire in the world would stick to it. Maybe snow spikes? Both tires slid out at once. It was so slick I could barely stand up. It took several tries (falls) to lift he bike up out of the water, and walk it out. My cell phone, in a bag on the handlebars, was destroyed.
