I'm doing the 12hr solo so if you see a short bald bloke, breathing out of his arse on a decidedly unretro carbon hardtail, give me a wave!

How did you do?

We got 9th in the pairs (modern bike tho')

Rubbish. Gave up after 4 hours and 5 laps.

Discovered that I'm not psychologically set up to handle doing lap after lap of a 5.5 mile course. By 1pm I'd already had enough of riding the same bit of track over and over again and succumbed to the overpriced cider at the bar.
