Like I say, only my opinion. I would look at the build threads for details you mention.

One decent quality pic of details etc, one of the bike being shown as it was built for that's what floats my boat. Sure there are many who disagree with that.

We'll I guess that counts out the cell phone pic of my kuahara ( aka crackles ) lol
Looking like some really good competition this month. Lots of big name eye candy :P just wish my little crackles can keep up :?

Think it looks great. Picture is just fine.

This is making me want a Brodie.

Quite the Brodie battle lining up there with the details being the deciding factor.

TPC's has the cooler fork, RB's has the cooler build. Not sure which bike has the more rare paint.

The tire logos are aligned for the photo shoot on RB's....ooop. Uh oh. TPC, the OnZa logos are in two different positions.

I know RB's Brodie is a killer score and a rags to riches rebuild which I love to see, + its a rider.

@ Nick/TPC, can you give some back story on yours and how it came about? Plans for it?

Retro Roy needs to enter his Brodie, then there would be a Brodie battle.

The pros closet really needs to sort out the girly kickstand though, Look like a sales bike from the website. Give it to the photographer and let him get on with it. Only thing that lets the pics down imho.

And if you want forks, look at the forks on the first entry........SUBLIME.

We jumped on this bike over the summer when we found out through a friend that the original owner was looking to sell his old Brodie. We got it with the intentions of having my business partner Pete race it at Keysville this year.

We were really lucky on this one, we didn't have to do much to it because it is an original survivor barn (garage) find. We had to change a couple small details but really it was all there from the go. The OG fork is very rare and has retro oozing out of it.

Since then, Pete has started building his childhood dream bike, an early yo - eddy (build thread to go up this week) that he will be racing instead. He's from the east coast and has had a hard on for the 92 Yo's since BITD.

So right now we are simply enjoying this bike in our shop and it's one of my favorite bikes we have ever come across. Wish I had a juicier story for you Eric!

Straight blade Gatorblades aren't that rare. Hell, I've got one leaning up against the fireplace, and another in the hallway. The curved ones, on the other hand....

What about straight blade Gators with a u-brake? I know it's not a great photo but that's what it looks like Joe Murray has on his bike.

I had the Brodie reshot to adjust the logo alignment and take care of the cheesy bike stand. I can appreciate the details as much as the next guy and agree that it is easier on the eyes this way.

Edited our initial submission to reflect the updated photos. Enjoy.

Back story is back story, helps paint the picture. One owner bikes are great!

Can you guys bring it to K'Ville this year anyway, I want to ride it! Yours and Belson's are seriously having me search for one now...unless a Toad comes along first.

Only thing that looks out of place on yours are the M730 6spd shifters. If the original owner ran them, then it is what it is, but M732 7spd came out in 89 and if this bike is a 90, then those are out of place. Especially if the RD is M732/5 and there's a 7spd cassette out back.
(Sorry, high level of quality bikes/competition has me nit picking)
