Got my hands on a raleigh frameset, its all black and came with black bars and gold chainset, I'm inclined to think its a record sprint however the decals although semi removed look the wrong size, there is a printed ref number on the frame too

any ideas??

The white dotted number is the security code that the police put on frames. Might be worth checking it's not stolen! But, yeah, it's a Record Sprint with the black frame and gold components.
