last week i was researching the use of flash banding (roofers use it) as automotive sound deadening.

seem now i am plagued with adverts for flash banding.

how can i tell the internet that i have bought some. its going to make me buy more, i just know it

Halfords seem to like advertising this way, along with a few cycle shops.

I spend half an hour looking at helmets on their site, decide to buy one elsewhere... For the next week every site I visit with banner ads has Halfords cycle helmets splashed over it.

Surely the fact that I've visited and left shows them they had nothing I wanted.
