Re: new BICE Croce CdT "bubi" gravel :)

nice shot on the ambrosio rims even though they're not up with the lever of the other components on the bike. I like the look with the white pinstripe going on the frame. Personally I'd up the size of your tires for something more appropriate for the cross credentials of the frame. If it were me I'd also lay a little more money down for a higher level cassette, since it shifts better, lasts longer and weighs less for little difference in price. I hope you'll have a lot of fun with this bike, I know you will!

Thanks!
yes, I'll buy a pair of continental cx tires with 35mm section...or a continental grandprix 28mm for the roadie day...i've use this cheap cst 21mm tires only to understand the real aspect of the bike...
for the cassette (also for example for what concern the rear derailleur) i'll use initially the Tiagra and 105 components in order to reduce the price and could start to use the bike as soon as possible... i'll buy an ultegra od DuraAce, or perhaps xtr (hoping in some sales buying the 10v version)...
it was the same issues for the wheelset...but for the wheelset, excluding the weight, they're look like great training wheelset!

Re: new BICE Croce CdT "bubi" gravel :)

yesterday arrived bottlecages, cables, crankset rings etc...
so i was able to verify the compatibility with the frame etc...
during the next weeks i'll buy shifters, derailleurs, chain, pedals and tape and the bike will be finally rideable :)
here some photos
i'm so happy to have bought the kingcage inox bottlecage...they looks so good and are so perfect with the steel frame!

Re:

Yesterday i've finally order the last components to finish this bike :)
To complete the transmission i've bought a pair of Shimano 105 3x10 2014 shifters, a 10v Shimano 105 mid-cage rear der. and an LX(trekking)TopSwing-Triple front mech and a 10v Shimano Tiagra chain... a pair of cheap and robusts Shimano SPD-m520 pedals, a black bar-tape...
i hope that the box from germany could arrive during this week, in order to built all components and shot some photos...
it's beeing a looooooong project :)
