Bianchi Titanium Identification

Anyone recognise this Bianchi titanium. I've had a good look online, and it's not a Bianchi Matta, the down tube is completely different.

Sorry but that doesn't look like a Bianchi to me but a Peugeot Team Line . Bianchi didn't have strong light headsets on their bikes. The aspect of the titanium tubing is what was found in the Peugeot Team Line in 1998

my apologizes , haven't seen that the bottom bracket was engraved with Bianchi's name
No worries, I was wondering what the F+ 7/4 signifies on the bracket shell (74 degrees maybe). I've no clue about Bianchi titanium products, perhaps they were outsourced? This one is mint, with no damage and all the joints good and 100% welds

They used to source their titanium from Ancotech , I have read somewhere that their TI frames used to be made by Litespeed. But this has to be confirmed
