after googling the 126-130 conundrum to death... I've ordered a replacement 10x26 axle from Wheels Manufacturing. 141mm in length and I need 2mm of spacers adding to each side. Hopefully that's a job for the weekend

It was the right thing to do. I added 2mm of washers to the NDS and just 1mm to the drive side then centred the axle at that. It’s spot on now but I need to fins a longer skewer. The old one is just about long enough but I’d be happier with an extra 4/5 mm

Thought I’d better get my arse in gear for Retro ronde in a couple of weeks.

Picked up some NOS black Binda straps and cleaned up the groupset. Managed to buy a NOS gold Sedis chain.

I’m just waiting for the bars to come back. They are at Almarc in Italy being covered in perforated black leather

Liberated some bars and stem from another bike and set it up for Retro Ronde next week.
