hi, nice paint job, but to me this isn't an very interesting bike.
This is a low end model end of 90ties or early 2000.
In the brochure from 2000 there is a full bunch of MTB models with same paint job.
A nice team replica with XTR group:
but also up this low spec 940SF model:
The one offered seem to be close (RS Jett, mixed Shimano components from Alivio hubs to LX rear derailleur, absolute low end cranks with steel chain rings), maybe a year older or younger or so.
The frame alone might be the only thing worth to keep.
