i think the rumor is that those bumbs are to stop kids on scooters riding up and down the walkway, Its near the marquis estate, where most scooter thief's live. dont necessarily think its just bikes.

if islignton had it their way we would all be wearing number plates on are backs so they could fine us with cctv.
