They're not that rare or special. A Hoo Koo e Koo with a graphics package done by the Tubes drummer Prairie Prince.. They weren't limited editions, and Fisher made quite a few. I see them come up on fleabay regularly.

They were a "limited edition" - limited to how many Trek could persuade shops to sell.

I still got one.....although extremely rare in the UK
