If we are happy to broaden the geographical boundaries to include all of the British Isles I'd like to nominate Bikestyle in the Isle of Man. When I moved to the Island in the late 2000's it became a daily haunt for me during my lunch breaks and weekends so much so I became the Saturday boy there in my 50's!
The team were always super helpful, going out of their way to help people out and support cycling in general. Cav, Jonny Bellis, the Kennaughs, Mark Christian were regular attendees as was Brian Smith way back in the day. It really was a place just to hang out and since moving to Derby post pandemic I really miss having that.
