Yep, it's just a clever way of encouraging people to get in touch with all their 'tat' so that the buyer can get it cheap as it's avoiding the open market.

Rather cunning, but not sure how successful it'll be.

I might start a few similar posting myself though, simply for evaluation purposes of course...
