We did the whole birthing pool thing - good stuff indeed.

Mrs LMTTM had no pain relief - not even paracetamol :shock:

Sadly this meant I didn't get to try gas and air

Just over 24hrs old now.

Tired but a very happy tired.

Mrs LMTTM is doing an amazing job as mum
