My uncle bought this second hand about 5 years ago, now selling due to age (and hills). Original date unknown.

Stronglight cranks
Campagnola levers
Mavic rims
MAFAC cantilever brakes
3TTT Competizione drop bars

Not in perfect condition but rideable and reliable or a nice project.
