Been hanging out with da yoofs 'nd jump boyz

Took Mrs Reki and Reki junior to Chicksands this afternoon to watch the final round of the NPS 4X series. Great fun, Reki junior could scream as loud as he likes when the bikes went flying past (or crashed) and Mrs Reki spent the whole afternoon hob-nobbing with riders and tradespeople she knows from when she worked for Oakley UK. Scott 'Boom Boom' Beaumont is a star, he let junior sit on his bike and gave him a hat and some stickers.

Watched a bit of racing too which was fun. Didn't see any of them ride back to the top like we do on our thursday night rides.

Sounds like a great afternoon, and least the weather was good.

I spent the morning in Tesco's shopping, most of the afternoon mowing the lawns.

Only glipse of bike action I got was looking at them in the shed when I got the sweeping brush out :roll:
