Mmmm...I hate them.
Down on the beach today and what do I get...the stink of cheap burgers and sausages being (externally) burnt, whilst I try and relax.
Get home....what do I get...more stench :evil: drifting through my open windows.

a decent bbq is good with marinated bits of pork and huge bit sof chicken
and the like

cheap burgers and sausages, nothing special
not worth the bbq effort

Avoid all that burger and sausage nonsense (unless you have kids) and roll out hand-made kebabs, pork ribs, sirloin/rump steak. yum yum.
