I'm sure I have one in the cave...the dual cable guide bolted to the BB shell?...yeh...deffo have one I think.
Give me your addy and I'll post it if I find it tomorrow when I am in the cave (work), or I'll update if I can't find it.

If harryburgundy can't find the bb cableguide in his cave then i have a couple i've pulled from bikes complete with fixing bolt.

Willing to post for nowt.
