Bargainous track pumps at Aldi

Picked this up from our local Aldi today for the princely sum of £4.99;

It comes with adaptors for blowing up boats and stuff, and has a pressure guage and standard twin end for Presta/Schrader duties. Build quality is not great but it's fine for general garage use.

I have used it this evening up to an indicated 140PSI and it was difficult to disengage from the valve at such high pressures, so I wouldn't recommend it for roadie use, but for MTB tubes it seems like a steal!

Good for the money but the adapter head is the weak point - be careful

I normally use the little compressor I have in my car boot that runs off the cigarette lighter socket in the car.

Our Aldi was selling Crivit labelled ones.. slightly different to that, but only in labelling and the 'feet' by the look fo the pic.

Not getting on well with the adapter head particularly, was wondering if I could get something on there to make it better??

Still.. for a fiver it'll do as it is
