Seatpost should be relatively easy. And that crimp is hardly large.

Im basing it on the ability to remove it using sheldon browns guide which hasnt failed me yet, but yep, see what you mean. Most give up though, so not always reflective of how stuck it is.

Ok, well maybe I worded it wrong. But potentially you could be getting a 5lb steel frame with a removal seatpost for less than a fiver. Think given the size of the dint in the top tube that it would then be a bargain.
