Barale (Bordighera, Italy) ALAN frame - looking for info

Dear All,
I just bought such a nice bicycle during my holiday in France. Looks I was lucky. I am looking for any information about this framest. As far as I already know it was build by small italian company called Barale from Bordighera city. ALAN frame looks like 1976/77 but delta campa brakes are definitely newer (>1984).
Have you ever seen similar specification?
