Bar end brake levers + bar end shifters??

Hi,

Are there bar end brake levers that allow fitting of bar end shifters too?
Those I see around fit inside the handlebar, where you would normally fit the bar end shifters, so it's a either or situation.

I'm thinking of fitting bullhorn handlebars on my Peugeot, and I would like to move the shifters from the downtube to the handlebar, but I don't like the idea of having brake levers near the stem.

I guess I could fit mtb-style brake levers to the tips of the handlebar. It would look odd, but functional, I think. What do you reckon? Any other ideas?

Thanks

You could try a clamp-on guidonnet style brake lever with a bar end shifter in the end? Cable routing may get a bit complicated though!

I've seen it done with non-aero road levers, possibly it works better with inverted and chopped drops rather than dedicated TT type bars.
