I see a poll coming... :D

Yeah and if you're gonna get all Nanny Culture about it include Spangly in the poll too (without wanting to fan the flames it's as 'twee' as Minty)

(and i'm laughing while i'm typing before y'all get offended  )

For the record, my interpretation of Minty is like 'Near Mint' in record collecting.....i.e. not quite NOS...so it's a good word!!

I therfore shall be ignoring the ban and out of protest will now use the word "minty" in every forsale/wanted post I make.
I trust you will only be using the word if the items are indeed in Mint Condition - if not, we raise the question of false advertising ;) :P

The M word has just been spotted on the Ebay forum, thought we had banished it for good.
Could ***** be a censored default substitute for this ciurse on the English language

The term 'Minty' isn't a bad thing here in Australia. A Mintie is a chewy, mint flavoured lolly (?sweet) that only brings back happy childhood memories. Damn those eBay persons hijacking my happy childhood!!!!!

Mmmmmmm minties. I'm off to the shops...

Can we also ban people from putting "NOS never been ridden" in ad's when they are quite clearly lying. Or "been in storage from new" where did they store it, in a turned on cement mixer with some sharp sand in it that's where.
