Thought i might share todays frustration with the ebay post system! I seems their link to royal mail for collection of parcels is now broken...
2 dates for collection booked through Ebay's system, both days my posties turns up with no label and no idea theres a parcel to collect.
I did also waste an hour whist cooking on the phone with 2 completely incompetent staff...the first couldn't see an issue, the second said there had been issues, but it was all royal mails fault and that both attempts had been booked correctly.
So that not working then is it!
Ive given up, printed the simple label, and stuck it to the package like before instead.
Suppose i will just have to add the cost of the drive to the "local" postoffice to the cost of stuff in future.
