It would require a licence for a Moped by the user, insurance, MOT, lights, indicators etc etc.

Not a cheap option.

Compared to the one i saw on saturday that had the back end of a gocart welded (poorly) onto the front 3/4 of a mountain bike it looks great (apart from the"this will be burning your legs" engine placement)
