i found a single avid sd ultimate lever (right one) in a shop nearby. it was a spare part. got it for 10 euros. one screw is missing but there is a spare clamp for the left lever. i think its the same lever that dev_cycle posted in readers kit. i dont want to chase the net for the left lever so i will (try to) sell it for 10 pounds shipped (=~10 euros + 4-5 euros shipping) w/o profit.
