These are SD 1.9 L from a 1997 Cindercone.
Levers have few marks but arent too bad.
Arms are excellent condition.
Brake pad bolt heads could probably do with just a rub with wire wool to remove bit surface rust.
Pads still have plenty life left too.
The masking tape is just holding the canti bolts in place and not hiding anything. All the canti bolts are origonal Avid ones too with Avid stamped un then!!
