Avid Front V-brake Pipe 110/135 Der...What's the Difference?

Front on the right needs more bend, imagine an 's' shape cable. Front on left requires less, possibly even just the 90
 
Also, just look how you're cable lies as it comes to where it hit's the pipe, then get the one where the pipe does the bend for you, this causes the outer casing to pull less on the 'pipe'and should give a better smoother brake.
Same goes for the rear too, don't just go for 90degree. All three are universal really.

Though for a traditional UK set-up of 'front brake-right lever, rear brake-left lever' and a standard frame, the brakes would usually come with 135 for front and 90 for rear.
