how do i load my own pic to save as my avatar ?

Go to profile and at the bottom you will find "avatar" click browse & find your pic

Displays a small graphic image below your details in posts. Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width can be no greater than 105 pixels, the height no greater than 105 pixels, and the file size no more than 29 KB.

When i created mine i resized it in Photoshop CS3 which you can put in each side size by pixel number or shrink it in 'Percent'.

I am not that good on pc's but lukily the Mrs is

If you use this format it should work mate,

* Insert any title you want to call it
