Avatar pic??

Although the stock pics for the avatar are nice, I have tried to load up my own pic but it tells me it's too big.

Any tips on what I need to do?

They have to be really small, mine are 105 pixels square or 1.5 inches at 72 dpi. I use adobe photoshop but just about any good imaging software will work.

I'm not tech savvy so I email a photo that I want using the iPhone which lets you choose the size of th photo attachment. So I choose a small size and when the email arrives I saved that image and use that to upload as my Avatar.
