Just checked, there seem to be a bit of variation on this detail over years. Galli has shown this full suspension design already in 1992, at least with a different tool for the cable pull. The damping was back in time done by an element from Paioli. The Wheeler BSA had 1994 already same suspension as yours and also a similar tool for the cable pull, but a different cable routing, via to bottom.
