Audax/Commuter Bike or frame 58/59cm

Problems with the frame of my commuter have prompted this.
Must have clearance for at least 25mm tyres and braze ons for rack and mudguard.
If it is a full bike then needs to have reasonably modern kit on it.
Budget up to 300 quid for a full bike.
Anyone got something interesting for me?

I have this modern Vinci Strada. I bought it as a 56cm without realising its a modern design with a dropped top tube and actually way too big for me. It has headset and seat pillar included but no forks as those were nicked to go on its replacement. Looking for 100 pounds if you want to take a chance on fit. I reckon it probably comes up as a virtual 58.
